Who Can Read Your Chats on Lovora, and What Is Kept
Last updated: November 1, 2026 | Lovora is an adults-only (18+) service on which all content is generated by artificial intelligence.
Short answer: your chats are processed by machines, the AI servers that write the replies and the automated moderation that screens every message. A person reads a conversation only where necessary for safety, an appeal you make, the Terms or the law. Chats are never sold, never used for advertising and never shown to other users. The binding texts are the Privacy Policy and the Terms.
1. What processes your chats
- The AI servers that generate the companion’s replies, photos, videos and voice: rented GPU servers (vast.ai and RunPod, in the European Union at the time of writing) that receive the conversation needed for each reply. The conversation itself is stored with your account in the Firebase database (Google Cloud), and the website runs on servers in Germany (Privacy Policy).
- The automated moderation that screens every message, request and generated image against the Acceptable Use Policy.
- The companion’s memory, which is stored on your account only and never shared between users (how memory works).
2. When a person may read
Only where necessary: when content is reported or an attempt is flagged by the filters, when you appeal a decision, to enforce the Terms, or when the law requires it. Nobody reads conversations routinely, and voice calls are not listened to live.
3. What is never done
- Chats are never sold and never used for advertising.
- Chats are never shown to other users; your companion’s memory of you is yours.
- Notification previews never contain her words: push and e-mail previews stay neutral because lock screens are public.
4. Deletion and what is kept
Deleting the account is self-service and immediate from the dashboard: conversations, received media, voice and the companions you designed are erased. Two things are kept: records of blocked attempts (category and text) as abuse evidence, and billing records required by law (what deletion erases).
5. Questions people ask
Does anyone read my chats on Lovora?
Machines do: the AI servers that generate the replies and the automated moderation that screens every message. A person reads a conversation only where necessary for safety (a report, a flagged attempt), an appeal you make, enforcing the Terms, or the law.
Are my chats sold or used for ads?
No. Conversations are never sold, never used for advertising, and never shown to other users. A companion's memory of you lives on your account only.
What is kept if I delete my account?
Deletion is self-service and immediate: conversations, received photos and videos, voice and the companions you designed are erased. Two things are kept: records of blocked attempts (category and text, as abuse evidence) and billing records required by law.
Are voice calls recorded?
Voice is processed like any other message: your speech is transcribed to generate her reply and screened by the moderation. Nobody listens live. Transcripts are part of the conversation and are erased with it.
Where are the chats stored?
With your account in the Firebase database (Google Cloud, which may process data outside the European Economic Area, including the United States, under Google's Standard Contractual Clauses); the website runs on servers in Germany and the AI models on rented GPU servers in the European Union at the time of writing. The Privacy Policy lists every processor.
