Content Guidelines
Last updated: June 22, 2026. These guidelines are incorporated into our Terms of Service and complement our Acceptable Use Policy.
Zero Tolerance: Any attempt to generate sexual content involving minors will result in immediate permanent account termination and mandatory reporting to law enforcement.
Our Commitment
Lovora is an AI-powered adult entertainment platform. We are committed to providing a safe, legal, and consensual entertainment environment. All content on Lovora is entirely AI-generated - no real humans are depicted in any content. We employ automated safety filters and human review processes to prevent the generation of prohibited content.
Absolutely Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance)
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate, permanent account termination, forfeiture of all credits and paid fees, and referral to law enforcement where required by law:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any sexual content involving, depicting, or suggesting individuals under 18 years of age. This includes content that depicts characters with childlike physical features in sexual contexts, regardless of any stated fictional age. We report suspected CSAM to the competent authorities — in Canada via Cybertip.ca (Canadian Centre for Child Protection), and to NCMEC (US) or other national authorities where applicable.
- Non-consensual content depicting real people: Attempting to generate sexual content depicting real, identifiable individuals without their explicit documented consent.
- Real person deepfakes: Using prompts designed to generate sexual content resembling specific real people, celebrities, public figures, politicians, or any identifiable private individuals.
- Attempts to bypass safety filters: Jailbreaking, prompt injection, or any technique designed to circumvent our content moderation systems.
Prohibited Content
The following content is prohibited and will result in content removal and may result in account suspension or termination:
- Sexual content glorifying, promoting, or normalising non-consensual sexual acts (rape, sexual coercion) in a manner that presents them as desirable;
- Content designed to harass, intimidate, or threaten real individuals;
- Defamatory content about real persons;
- Content violating applicable laws of the user's jurisdiction.
Prohibited AI-Generated Content (Card Brand Compliance)
In line with the rules of Visa, Mastercard, and Discover and the requirements of our payment processors, our AI must not be used to generate any content - images, video, cartoons, simulations, text, or any other media - relating to any of the following. These categories are blocked by our safety systems regardless of subscription status or fictional framing:
- Deepfakes (any real, identifiable person's image or likeness);
- Underage content/scenarios (including subjects in diapers);
- Non-consensual content/scenarios (including sleeping);
- Incest content/scenarios;
- Watersports content/scenarios;
- Violence, abductions, snuff/fantasy snuff content/scenarios;
- Bestiality/animal cruelty content/scenarios;
- Sexual activity under the influence (drugs, alcohol, hypnosis);
- Prostitution/escorting content/scenarios;
- Polygamy content/scenarios;
- Illegal activity (e.g. how to build a weapon, or any illegal plotting);
- Professional advice (including medical, legal, gambling/handicapping, etc.);
- Hate speech.
The full, binding version of this list and our control framework is set out in the Acceptable Use Policy.
How We Moderate (Control Framework)
We take the prevention of abuse — and above all the prevention of any depiction of minors — with the utmost seriousness, and we apply the maximum technical measures reasonably available to stop it. Our protection is built in depth: every request passes through multiple independent layers, and both what you ask for and what the AI produces are checked before anything is ever stored or shown to you.
- Input filtering. Every prompt — for chat, photos, video, the free image/video creators, and the names and details used to create a companion — is screened by multilingual keyword and pattern filters covering all of our prohibited categories.
- AI prompt classification. A separate AI moderation model independently evaluates the request in context and across languages, and blocks on a fail-closed basis (when in doubt, it refuses).
- Generation-time controls. Strong negative prompts and a model-level blocklist steer the generator away from prohibited content.
- Output (generated-content) scanning. Every generated image — and sampled frames of every generated video — is automatically analysed before it is saved or displayed, using nudity, age-estimation and violence classifiers. Anything that fails is discarded immediately and never delivered. The minor-safety check is deliberately fail-closed and conservative: borderline cases are blocked. This layer is specifically designed to catch anything that might slip past the input filters.
- Account enforcement. Attempts to generate prohibited content are recorded against the account; repeated attempts trigger automatic throttling and suspension, up to permanent termination.
- Audit trail & alerting. Every request and moderation decision is logged as an auditable record, and the most serious flags raise immediate internal alerts. These records are retained as evidence and may be provided to the relevant authorities.
No single technique is perfect, and no automated system can guarantee a 100% outcome; for that reason we deliberately layer several independent defences so that a failure or bypass of one is caught by another, and we continuously review and tighten them. The full control framework is set out in the Acceptable Use Policy.
Incident Response & Reporting
When our systems detect an attempt to produce prohibited content — above all anything involving minors — the response is automatic and immediate:
- Block & discard: the request is refused and any generated media is discarded at the point of generation — it is never stored or shown.
- Record as evidence: the attempt is written to our moderation audit log with the decision and associated metadata (we retain this evidence, not the prohibited content itself).
- Escalate: serious cases raise an immediate internal alert, and the account is subject to escalating restrictions up to permanent termination.
- Report to authorities: where the law requires, we report suspected child sexual abuse material to the competent authorities — in Canada via Cybertip.ca (Canadian Centre for Child Protection), and to NCMEC (US) or other national authorities where applicable — and we cooperate fully with lawful law-enforcement requests.
Data Retention
We do not store content that our systems identify as prohibited — it is discarded at the point of generation and never persisted. We retain moderation records (the request, the decision, and associated metadata) as auditable evidence for a limited period for safety, compliance, and law-enforcement purposes, after which they are deleted unless subject to a legal hold. Retention of account and billing data is described in our Privacy Policy.
AI-Generated Content Disclosure & Labelling
All content on Lovora is synthetic. We disclose and label it as AI-generated through a site-wide notice, in-app labelling on generated media, and our policies. No real person is depicted. You must not misrepresent the AI-generated nature of content produced on the platform.
User Responsibility for Prompts
You are solely responsible for all prompts and instructions you submit to the AI. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You will not submit prompts designed to generate any prohibited content;
- Our AI safety filters are designed to block prohibited requests, but you are responsible for your intent regardless of whether the filter succeeds;
- We log attempted violations of our content policies for safety and law enforcement purposes;
- Generating and sharing AI content depicting real individuals without consent may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable laws (including privacy, defamation, and non-consensual intimate image laws).
All Characters Are Fictional Adults
All AI characters and personas available on Lovora are:
- Entirely fictional - they do not represent real people;
- Canonically adults aged 18 or over, regardless of visual appearance;
- Fantasy constructs with no independent existence outside the platform.
Any request to generate content implying a character is under 18 will be blocked and logged.
Reporting Violations
If you encounter content that you believe violates these guidelines, please report it immediately to info@lovora.ai with subject line CONTENT REPORT, including a description of the content and, if possible, a screenshot or URL.
We take all reports seriously and will investigate within 5 business days.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
- Remove any content that violates these guidelines without notice;
- Suspend or permanently terminate accounts for violations;
- Forfeit credits and subscription fees for accounts terminated for violations;
- Cooperate with law enforcement investigations;
- Proactively report evidence of criminal activity, including CSAM, to relevant authorities.
