Acceptable Use Policy

By creating an account and before generating any content (images, videos, or chat) on Lovora, you must accept these terms. At registration you are required to affirmatively confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept this Acceptable Use Policy, our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. We record the date, version, and origin of your acceptance.

All characters, personas, images, videos, and voices on Lovora are entirely artificial and AI-generated. No real human beings are depicted, photographed, filmed, or otherwise used in the creation of any content. All depicted subjects are fictional adults aged 18 or over, regardless of visual appearance. Lovora is not, and must not be used as, a tool to depict, imitate, or recreate any real, identifiable person.

You may not use the Service to request, prompt, generate, store, or distribute any content - including images, video, cartoons, simulations, text, or any other media - that relates to any of the following. This list mirrors the requirements of Visa, Mastercard, and Discover and of our payment processors, and applies regardless of subscription status or stated fictional framing:

• Deepfakes - content depicting, imitating, or resembling any real, identifiable person (including celebrities, public figures, and private individuals), or created from a real person's image or likeness without verifiable consent.
• Underage content - any depiction of, reference to, or scenario involving minors or persons who appear to be under 18, including childlike or "barely legal" framing, age regression, school settings, and subjects in diapers.
• Non-consensual content - including rape, coercion, blackmail, and any scenario involving sleeping, unconscious, or otherwise non-consenting subjects.
• Incest - sexual content or scenarios involving family members, including step-family.
• Watersports - urine, scat, or similar bodily-fluid content/scenarios.
• Violence, abduction, and snuff - violence, kidnapping/abduction, torture, snuff or fantasy-snuff, gore, or death content/scenarios.
• Bestiality / animal cruelty - any sexual content involving animals, or animal cruelty.
• Sexual activity under the influence - scenarios where any participant is under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or hypnosis.
• Prostitution / escorting - content or scenarios depicting the exchange of sexual services for money.
• Polygamy - polygamous content/scenarios.
• Illegal activity - instructions or plotting for any illegal act (e.g. weapons or explosives manufacture, drugs, hacking, fraud, trafficking).
• Professional advice - medical, legal, financial, gambling/handicapping, or other professional advice.
• Hate speech - slurs or content that demeans, dehumanizes, or incites hatred against any individual or group.

Lovora does not permit the non-consensual use of any person's image or likeness. Because all content is AI-generated and fictional, no real person is depicted and no model release is implicated. If any content were ever alleged to include the image or strong likeness of an actual person without that person's consent (including any "deepfake"), such content is prohibited and will be removed immediately upon notice.

We maintain records demonstrating that our content is AI-generated and depicts only fictional adults, together with our moderation logs (see Section 6). Where applicable documentation is requested by our payment processor, we will provide it within five (5) business days.

You may not use the Service to generate or distribute content that infringes the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights of any third party, including by reproducing copyrighted images, characters, designs, or brands. See also our DMCA Policy.

To prevent prohibited content, Lovora operates a layered safeguard system:

• Input filtering: multilingual keyword/pattern blocklists screen every prompt before it reaches any AI model.
• AI moderation pass: a separate model classifies each generation request against the prohibited categories above and blocks on a fail-closed basis (anything uncertain is blocked).
• Generation-side safeguards: negative prompts and a model-side blocklist further constrain outputs.
• Audit logging: every generation request and moderation decision (allowed/blocked, category, and the offending prompt for blocked attempts) is recorded, so our moderation activity is auditable and consistent.
• Enforcement: attempts to generate prohibited content, or to bypass these filters (jailbreaking, prompt injection), are a material breach and may result in immediate, permanent account termination, forfeiture of credits/fees, and - where the law requires - reporting to the relevant authorities.

All content produced on Lovora is synthetic and is labelled and disclosed as AI-generated: a site-wide notice, labelling on generated media within the app, and this Policy make clear that the content is artificially generated and depicts no real person. You must not remove, obscure, or misrepresent this AI-generated nature when handling content produced on the platform.
