Billing: What You Pay, How, and What Never Happens

Access is sold as a period — a day, a month, a longer term — and when the period ends, it ends. There is no recurring charge, no renewal date to catch you, and no payment instrument held on file that could be charged a second time.

Practical consequences, which are the reason this is stated first:

• There is nothing to cancel. Not cancelling costs nothing.
• Forgetting about the service costs nothing.
• Deleting your account does not need to be done "before the renewal", because there is not one.

• Inside Telegram, with Telegram Stars. You open a payment sheet in the Telegram app and pay there with whatever method your Telegram account already uses, including an ordinary card. Stars are Telegram's own unit; digital goods sold through a bot must be priced in them, which is a rule set by Telegram and the mobile app stores, not by us.
• In cryptocurrency. A self-hosted gateway generates an address for the order and the entitlement is granted once the payment is confirmed on-chain.

In neither case do card details reach Lovora. What is recorded here is the transaction reference, the amount, the plan and the provider's charge identifier.

Nothing bearing the name of this service. A Telegram payment appears as a purchase of Telegram Stars, billed by Telegram; a cryptocurrency payment produces no bank statement entry at all. This is a consequence of how the two rails work rather than a feature we engineered, but it is a fair thing to know in advance.

Access begins the moment the payment is confirmed by the provider — a successful-payment notification from Telegram, or the required number of on-chain confirmations — and not when the order is created. An order that is created and never paid grants nothing and expires by itself.

The end date is fixed when access starts and is visible in your dashboard. On that date the account returns to the free tier; the account itself, and its conversations, remain.

Some media — photographs, video, voice beyond the included allowance — consume credits, which come with a subscription and can be topped up. Credits are consumed only when the thing you asked for is actually delivered. If a generation fails after the credit was taken, it is returned.

A reasonable question, asked often enough to deserve a straight answer rather than silence: you cannot type a card number into Lovora itself.

Adult services sit on the restricted list of most mainstream payment processors, and the card networks require a specialised acquirer for this category. Rather than route payments through an arrangement that misdescribes what is being sold — which is what a generic processor would require, and which is fraud — payment is taken where it can be taken honestly: inside Telegram, where a card still works but the merchant of record is Telegram, or directly in cryptocurrency.

The practical effect for you is a payment sheet you already trust, and a service that is not one policy review away from losing its ability to take money at all.

If something went wrong, writing to info@lovora.ai is faster than a dispute and does not put the account at risk. A dispute opened without contact is treated as a refund request and the account's access ends, because the money for it has been reversed; the account and its conversations are not deleted by it.

Write to info@lovora.ai with the date of the payment and the plan. Refunds are processed back through the provider that took the money — that is how the money actually returns to you, and it is why a refund is not instant.

Where the service took a payment and then failed to deliver what it sold, a refund is the expected outcome and does not need to be argued for.
