Terms of Service

By accessing or using Lovora ("Service," "we," "us," or "our"), available at lovora.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using this Service.

These Terms incorporate by reference our Acceptable Use Policy and Content Guidelines. You are required to accept these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy at registration, before generating any content on the platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of Lovora ("Company"). Contact: info@lovora.ai.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. By accessing the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
• Access to and consumption of sexually explicit adult content is legal under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You are not accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where such content is prohibited;
• You are not on any sex offender registry;
• You will not permit any minor to access or use your account.

We reserve the right to terminate access and delete accounts of any user we reasonably believe to be a minor, without notice and without refund.

Lovora is an AI-powered adult entertainment platform that enables users to interact with AI-generated virtual companions, generate AI images and videos, and create custom AI personas. All characters, scenarios, images, videos, and other content generated by or displayed on Lovora are entirely artificial and AI-generated. No real human beings are depicted, and no real persons participated in the creation of any content on this platform.

The Service is provided for adult entertainment and fantasy purposes only. It is not a substitute for real human relationships, professional advice, or mental health services.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
• Maintain the security of your password and account;
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account;
• Notify us immediately at info@lovora.ai of any unauthorized account use.

One account per person is permitted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

Lovora offers subscription plans and credit packages. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan selected (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Credits are non-recurring purchases.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect.
• Payment Processors: Payments are processed by third-party processors (including CCBill, Epoch, or SegPay). Your payment information is subject to the privacy policy of the applicable processor. We do not store your full payment card details.
• Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may suspend your subscription. You remain responsible for any outstanding amounts.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@lovora.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are generally final and non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in the following circumstances, at our sole discretion:

• Technical failure on our part that prevents access to the Service for more than 72 consecutive hours;
• Duplicate charges caused by a billing error.

Unused credits are non-refundable. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal: If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from digital content contracts. However, by proceeding with a purchase and using the Service, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose this withdrawal right upon first access to the content, in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

All characters, personas, images, videos, voices, and scenarios available on or generated by Lovora are entirely artificial. Specifically:

• No real human beings were depicted, photographed, filmed, or otherwise used in the creation of any content;
• All AI characters are entirely fictional and do not represent any real person, living or deceased;
• Any resemblance to real persons is entirely coincidental;
• AI-generated content constitutes fantasy and should not be interpreted as depicting real events or real people;
• The AI companions do not have genuine emotions, consciousness, or independent existence outside the platform.

AI Labelling & Disclosure: All content on the platform is synthetic and is disclosed and labelled as AI-generated through a site-wide notice, in-app labelling on generated media, and these Terms. You must not remove, obscure, or misrepresent the AI-generated nature of content produced on the platform.

Our Acceptable Use Policy sets out the full, binding list of prohibited content categories (including deepfakes, underage, non-consensual, incest, watersports, violence/abduction/snuff, bestiality, intoxication, prostitution, polygamy, illegal activity, professional advice, and hate speech) and our content-moderation control framework. In addition, you agree not to use the Service to generate, upload, transmit, or distribute any content that:

• Depicts minors in a sexual context (ZERO TOLERANCE): Any attempt to generate, request, or access sexual content involving individuals who appear to be under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate, permanent account termination, forfeiture of all credits and subscription fees, and reporting to applicable law enforcement authorities, including but not limited to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and equivalent national authorities;
• Depicts real, identifiable individuals in sexual scenarios without their verifiable, documented consent;
• Is designed to harass, stalk, defame, or harm any real person;
• Constitutes non-consensual pornography or "deepfakes" of real persons;
• Promotes, glorifies, or normalizes sexual violence, rape, or non-consensual sexual acts presented as desirable or acceptable;
• Depicts public figures, celebrities, politicians, or other recognizable real persons in sexual scenarios;
• Violates any applicable law, including but not limited to laws governing obscenity, child protection, privacy, defamation, and intellectual property;
• Is used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to resale, redistribution, or monetization of AI-generated content from this platform without our express written consent.

User Responsibility for Prompts: You are solely and exclusively responsible for the content of any prompts, instructions, or inputs you submit to the AI. You acknowledge that our AI systems include safety filters designed to prevent prohibited content generation, but that no automated system is infallible. You agree not to attempt to circumvent these safety measures by any means, including through prompt injection, jailbreaking, or any other technique. Any attempt to bypass our content filters is a material breach of these Terms.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lovora and its operators, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Service, or content you generate using the Service.

Our IP: The Lovora platform, brand, software, underlying AI models, and all pre-existing content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

User-Generated Outputs: AI-generated content produced using your prompts on the platform is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not: (i) sell or commercialize AI outputs; (ii) use them to train competing AI models; (iii) claim authorship for copyright registration purposes in jurisdictions where AI-generated works are not eligible for copyright protection.

We retain the right to use aggregated, anonymized prompt data to improve our AI models.

We offer an affiliate program that pays a 40% lifetime commission on the subscription revenue of users you refer. Participation is subject to:

• Commission is calculated on net subscription revenue, excluding taxes, refunds, and payment processor fees;
• You may not promote Lovora using spam, misleading advertising, or to minors;
• We reserve the right to modify commission rates with 30 days' notice;
• Affiliate accounts found to engage in fraudulent referrals will be permanently terminated and forfeit all earned commissions;
• Payouts are made according to the minimum threshold and schedule published in your affiliate dashboard.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content. AI companions do not provide professional advice of any kind.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LOVORA, ITS OPERATORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $50 (USD).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at info@lovora.ai. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.

If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
