Can Anyone Read My Chats on Lovora?

Short answer: not as a matter of course. Your conversations are processed by machines, to write her replies and to screen for prohibited content, and authorised staff may review them only where necessary for safety, enforcing the Terms or a legal obligation. They are not watched live, not sold and not used for advertising.
1. What is stored
The last 200 messages of each conversation, linked to your account so a chat reopens where you left it, plus a short memory of facts about you (How memory works).
2. Who and what processes them
- The AI servers. Rented GPU servers (vast.ai and RunPod, in the European Union at the time of writing) receive the conversation needed to produce each reply, voice note or photo.
- Hosting: the database (Firebase / Google) and the website servers (Hetzner).
- Automated moderation screens every request and logs every decision.
- Authorised staff, only where necessary to detect and prevent prohibited content, enforce the Terms or comply with the law.
- Authorities, as required by law or court order. Child sexual abuse material is reported proactively.
3. What is not done
Conversations are not sold and their content is not used for advertising or marketing. Aggregated, anonymised data may be used to improve AI safety and quality (Privacy Policy, section 2.6).
4. What outlives deletion
Records of blocked attempts, with the category and the blocked text, are kept as abuse evidence even after the account is deleted. Your conversations themselves are erased with the account (How do I delete my account?).
