How Do I Delete My Lovora Account and Data?

Short answer: open your dashboard, choose Delete Account and confirm. Deletion is self-service and immediate: no ticket and no email exchange. Your profile, every conversation, the photos and videos made for you and the companions you created are erased in the same operation.
1. Step by step
- Sign in and open the dashboard.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Pick the main reason you are leaving (one question).
- Confirm with Yes, delete everything.
You can also ask for deletion by writing to info@lovora.ai.
2. What is erased
- your profile and sign-in account;
- every conversation, including her memory of you;
- the images and videos generated for you, as stored files;
- the companions you created;
- usage counters, credits and plan records;
- affiliate and referral data.
Erasure is immediate in the active databases and complete in any case within 30 days.
3. What is kept, and why
- Moderation records of blocked prohibited-content attempts, including the blocked prompt, kept as abuse evidence under Art. 17(3)(b) and (e) GDPR.
- Transaction and billing records, for the period tax law requires (six years from the end of the tax year, per the Privacy Policy).
Neither contains your conversations or your media.
4. Before you delete
- A plan that is still running, and its credits, are lost with the account. There is nothing to cancel first.
- If privacy is the reason, the dashboard offers to erase only your conversations instead (see the questions below). It cannot be undone.
