Real People, Celebrities and Deepfakes on Lovora: Never Allowed

Short answer: never. Lovora does not generate chat, photos, videos or voice that depict, imitate or resemble a real, identifiable person: not a celebrity, not a public figure, not a private individual, not someone from a photo. Every companion is fictional, designed from menu choices, and any resemblance to a real person is coincidental. The binding text is Section 3 of the Acceptable Use Policy.
1. What is refused
- A companion named after, or described as, a real person: actresses, singers, streamers, politicians, athletes, influencers. The name check at creation refuses it.
- A request to make the companion look like a real person, in chat or in an image, including “like my ex”, “like my colleague” or a described photo.
- Any scene presented as happening to a real, identifiable person.
2. How companions are made
A companion you design is built from choices: realistic or anime, ethnicity, age (adults from 23 up), body, hair, eyes, clothing style, personality and voice. There is no photo upload and no face import. The roster companions are written and drawn as fictional people with synthetic voices (designing your own companion).
3. If you see a likeness
If a companion resembles you or a person you know, describe it at lovora.ai/dmca or write to info@lovora.ai; reports are investigated within five business days and a confirmed likeness is removed. Anyone can also report content without an account at lovora.ai/report.
4. Enforcement
A refused request is logged with its text. A pattern of attempts to depict a real person leads to a suspension and, by a person’s decision, permanent closure (blocks, suspensions and appeals).
5. Questions people ask
Can I make an AI girlfriend of a celebrity on Lovora?
No. Content depicting, imitating or resembling any real, identifiable person, celebrities and public figures included, is a prohibited category. A companion named after or described as a real person is refused at creation.
Can I upload a photo of my ex, a colleague or anyone I know?
No. There is no photo upload for building a companion: she is designed from choices (style, ethnicity, age from 23 up, body, hair, personality, voice). Asking the chat or the image generator to depict a private individual is refused.
Are the companions based on real women?
No. Every companion is fictional and AI-generated, in appearance and voice; any resemblance to a real person is coincidental.
What if a companion looks like me or someone I know?
Write to info@lovora.ai or use the form at lovora.ai/dmca describing the companion and the likeness. Reports are investigated within five business days.
What happens if I try anyway?
The request is refused and logged. Repeated attempts to depict a real person are treated like any other pattern of prohibited requests: suspension, and by a person's decision permanent closure.
