Blocks, Suspensions and Bans on Lovora, and How to Appeal

Last updated: November 1, 2026  |  Lovora is an adults-only (18+) service on which all content is generated by artificial intelligence.

Short answer: a blocked message is refused, logged and never charged, and on its own it never suspends an account. A suspension needs a pattern of blocked attempts inside the last 180 days, lasts at most 30 days when automatic, and anything permanent is decided by a person. Every decision can be appealed at lovora.ai/appeal, where a person reads it. The binding texts are the Acceptable Use Policy and the Terms.

1. A block

When a message, a photo request or a companion name falls into a prohibited category, the companion declines in character and a notice under her reply names the rule, with links to read it and to contest it. The attempt is logged with its category and text. Messages never cost credits and a refused photo or video is not generated and not charged (why was my message blocked?).

2. A suspension

  • Only a pattern suspends: blocked attempts are scored inside a rolling 180-day window, and a single event never reaches the threshold.
  • Text the companion herself wrote weighs less than what you typed, so a scene she steered into a refused area counts little against you.
  • An automatic suspension lasts at most 30 days. Its notice in the chat states the reason, the end date and the appeal link.

3. A permanent ban

Anything longer than 30 days, including a permanent closure, is decided by a person, for the gravest patterns: above all anything involving minors or a real, identifiable person, and attempts to bypass the filters (jailbreaks, prompt injection). Credits and fees are then forfeited under the Terms, and where the law requires it Lovora reports to the relevant authorities. Logged attempts are kept as abuse evidence even after the account is deleted.

4. Appeals and reports

Appeal at lovora.ai/appeal or by e-mail to info@lovora.ai: a person reads every appeal, and events the filter misread (nineteen is not under eighteen; wanting a child with a partner is not a scene about a child) are cleared from the score. Anyone can report content without an account at lovora.ai/report; reports are investigated within five business days. Telling the companion you might hurt yourself is never a violation.

5. Questions people ask

Will I be banned for one blocked message?

No. A single blocked message never suspends an account. The companion declines, a notice names the rule, the attempt is logged, and nothing is charged.

When is an account suspended?

When blocked attempts form a pattern inside a rolling 180-day window. An automatic suspension lasts at most 30 days and its notice states the reason, the end date and the appeal link. Text the companion herself wrote weighs less than what you typed.

When is a ban permanent?

Only by a person's decision, for the gravest patterns, above all anything involving minors or a real person. Credits and fees are then forfeited, and where the law requires it Lovora reports to the authorities.

How do I appeal?

Use the form at lovora.ai/appeal (your e-mail and why you think the decision is wrong) or write to info@lovora.ai. A person reads every appeal, and events the filter misread are cleared from the score.

How do I report content or a user?

At lovora.ai/report, which needs no account, or by e-mail to info@lovora.ai with the subject CONTENT REPORT. Reports are investigated within five business days.

Is telling her I might hurt myself a violation?

Never. Talking about wanting to hurt yourself is not a violation and is never scored; the companion answers with care and the chat shows a crisis line for your country.
