# What Happens When My Lovora Plan Ends?

**Short answer:** the account returns to the free tier and nothing is charged. Your conversations, companions and the photos you received stay; paid features and the plan’s included credits end; top-up credits are kept for 60 days in case you buy a plan again.

## 1. When it ends

On the end date shown in your dashboard as “Active until”: 24 hours after payment for the pass, the same date one, three or twelve months later for the other plans. Nothing renews ([How do I cancel Lovora?](https://lovora.ai/help/cancel)).

## 2. What stays

- The account, every conversation and her memory of you.
- The companions you created.
- The photos and videos she sent while your plan was active, in the chat and in your gallery.

## 3. What stops

- Photos, videos and voice calls.
- Unlimited messages: chat continues within the free allowance, which is what is left of the 20 messages a free account has in total, plus any messages from the daily gift.
- Photos that reached you as blurred previews on the free tier are blurred again.

## 4. What happens to credits

- **Included credits** (500 a month on the monthly and longer plans, 150 with the 24-hour pass) end with the plan. They are not refundable.
- **Top-up credits** are kept for 60 days after the end date. They can be spent only while a plan is active, so a plan bought within those 60 days makes them usable again; after that they expire.

## 5. Buying again

Bought while a plan is still running, the new period starts where the current one ends and its unused included credits are kept as top-up credits. After the end date, a new plan starts at payment.

### Does Lovora delete my chats when my plan expires?

No. The account, every conversation, the companions you created and the photos and videos you received stay. Only deleting the account erases them.

### Do unused credits carry over after my Lovora plan ends?

The credits included with the plan end with it. Credits bought in a top-up pack are kept for 60 days after the end date; they can be spent once a plan is active again, and expire if none is bought within those 60 days.

### Can I still chat after my plan ends?
